Cancellation Policy Clause "Customers may cancel a transaction at any time before a project allocation or the carbon credits are transferred to their account. To initiate a cancellation, customers must contact our customer service department at info@thecarbonwoodland.com and provide the necessary details of the transaction."
Refund Policy Clause "Refunds will be issued to customers in the following circumstances: (1) the carbon credits purchased were not delivered to the customer's account within the agreed timeframe, (2) the customer cancelled their transaction before a project allocation or the carbon credits were transferred. Refunds will not be issued if the customer has breached any term of our Terms of Service."
Processing of Refunds Clause "Refunds will be processed within 2 business days from the date the refund was approved. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during the purchase. If for any reason this is not possible, we will contact the customer to arrange an alternative refund method."
Exceptions Clause "No refunds or cancellations will be permitted once the order has been assigned to a project or the carbon credits have been transferred to the customer's account. Exceptions to this policy may be made at the sole discretion of the company in cases of demonstrated fraud or error."
Changes to the Cancellation and Refund Policy Clause "We reserve the right to modify this cancellation and refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will be effective immediately upon posting. It is the customer's responsibility to regularly check this policy for updates.
